Want to rent the UPSTAIRS HALL

The Hall is fire certified for 93 persons. and doesn’t include food. You will have to provide food on your own or with your catering company!

All rentals includes access to:

  • 8 ft rectangular tables
  • Folding chairs
  • Trash cans and trash liners
  • Electrical outlets
  • Use of bathrooms
  • Refrigerator may be used for food.

Hall Rental Package

The $100.00 deposit will be due when booking occurs and will hold the event date, with the balance due two (2) weeks prior to the event.

  • 4 hour event
  • Event space for up to 93 guests
  • Includes additional 1 hour setup and 1 hour clean up

**Does NOT include a $100 refundable security deposit due at rental booking (for incidentals)

Alcohol & Bartender Options

Cash Bar - Bartender Option 1

4-hour event
Cash Bar – Guest pay for individual drinks
Standard Bar drinks ($3)
Standard Liquor, Wine & Premium Beer  ($4)
Premium Liquor ($6)

If Alcohol is desired for an event, the American Legion must provide the Alcohol & bartenders. No outside alcohol is allowed to be brought in per the Carroll County Liquor Board which requires that all alcohol go through the supplier provided by the American Legion.

 

Open Bar - Bartender Option 2

$100
Plus alcohol bill & 20% gratuity

4-hour event
Open Bar
Standard Bar drinks
Premium Beer
Premium Liquor

**(rentee is also responsible for the bar bill plus
20% gratuity at the end of the event)
