For Joining the American Legion

Your annual dues are $35.00 and a $5.00 lifetime fee for door key access. These fees cannot be paid until you application is accepted and you receive the confirming email from the Membership Chairperson.  You will have to provide a copy of your DD214.  If you cannot find your DD214, find instruction at : https://www.va.gov/records/get-military-service-records/

Any person who was a member of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, or Coast Guard and assigned to active duty at some time during any of the following periods:

• served on federal active duty in the United States Armed Forces since December 7, 1941, and have been honorably discharged or are still serving;
• served at least one day on active duty since December 7, 1941 until the date of the end of hostilities as determined by the government of the United States;
• S. Merchant Marine eligible only from December 7, 1941 to December 31, 1946 (WWII).

By filling out the form, you are not guaranteed entry. You will be contacted by a Legion Representative to finalize your application and collect your dues. Thank you for your interest.
