Want to rent the UPSTAIRS HALL

The Hall is fire-certified and can accommodate a maximum of 93 people. It offers a versatile space for hosting any type of event, including small weddings, birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, family gatherings, or community meetings.

All rentals include access to:

    • 12 – 8 ft rectangular tables
    • 100 black banquet chairs
    • Trash cans and trash liners
    • Electrical outlets
    • Use of bathrooms
    • The Refrigerator may be used for food. 
    • All alcohol and bartenders must be provided by the Legion (please see details below).
    • Food is to be provided by yourself or an outside catering company, the Legion does not have the ability to provide.

  • Includes an additional 1-hour setup and 1-hour clean up

**Does NOT include refundable cleaning/incidentals deposit. (Will be refunded within 30 days of your event, upon approval)

Cleaning/Incidentals Deposit

The deposit will be returned within 30 days upon satisfactory cleanup and care of the Hall after your event.

  • Rules are followed as per the contract
  • No outside alcohol is brought onto our property or consumed by you or your guests
  • Hall manager approves the cleanup per the details listed in the contract

If alcohol is desired for an event, the American Legion is responsible for providing both the alcohol and the bartenders. According to the Carroll County Liquor Board, outside alcohol is not allowed, and all alcohol must be supplied through the American Legion.

Open Bar - Bartender

Plus alcohol bill & 20% gratuity


4-Hour Event

Open Bar – The renter is also responsible for covering the total alcohol bill, and an automatic 20% gratuity added to the final amount.

Combination Bar

4-Hour Event

 

In a combination bar, the renter will work with the hall manager to set a limit for the open bar. Once that limit has been reached, the Bartender will switch to a cash bar.

A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the open bar portion.

The combination bar includes:
Standard bar drinks
Premium beer
Premium liquor
