Want to rent the pavilion

The POW/MIA Pavilion offers a versatile space for hosting any type of event from gorgeous outdoor weddings, birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, family gathers or community meetings. The Pavilion is fire certified for a maximum of 200 persons.

All rentals includes access to:

    • 30 – 8 ft rectangular tables
    • 200 folding chairs
    • Trash cans, trash liners &
    • dumpsters
    • Electrical outlets (must provide your own extension cords, must be outside approved)
    • Use of 3 bathrooms in the pavilion
    • All alcohol and bartenders must be provided by the Legion (please see details below).
    • Food is to be provided by yourself or an outside catering company

Cash Bar – Guests pay for individual drinks

If alcohol is desired for an event, the American Legion is responsible for providing both the alcohol and the bartenders. According to the Carroll County Liquor Board, outside alcohol is not allowed, and all alcohol must be supplied through the American Legion.

Combination Bar

Plus alcohol bill & 20% gratuity

4-Hour Event

Combination bar, the renter is responsible to work with the pavilion manager to set a limit for open bar, once that limit has been reached, the Bartender will switch over to a cash bar.

Standard bar drinks
Premium beer
Premium liquor
$25 for each additional hour

If alcohol is desired for an event, the American Legion is responsible for providing both the alcohol and the bartenders. According to the Carroll County Liquor Board, outside alcohol is not allowed, and all alcohol must be supplied through the American Legion.

Open Bar

Plus alcohol bill & 20% gratuity

Open Bar – The renter is also responsible for covering the total alcohol bill, and an automatic 20% gratuity added to the final amount.
